The first appeal to me was the title. It seemed a little bit like getting fit without exercising. So I settled in to watch and learn. This is a three DVD set and it could have quite easily been produced down to two without loosing any of the key material.
Filmed at a one day conference the pace seems very slow.
Putting that aside Eldon Taylor is passionate about his work and more specifically his research into how the brain processes information.

His techniques work at the subconscious level and engage both sides of the brain to change self-talk and beliefs. He goes on to explain how he has implemented his programs in prisons and the outstanding results.

The DVD does not give you many working techniques nor have any of his subliminal audio programs recorded.

There is a huge amount of material available via his own website and Hay House will be publishing a book: What Does that Mean during 2010.

My frustration after watching it was not being able to access the audio programs he promotes. He does leave you with three affirmations, which he said became the core of his prison program.
