Part 3 adds scientific scrutiny to the experiences written by the authors. Ervin Laszlo is a leading systems theorist who was twice nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. The Six Healing Sounds

The Taoist masters of old discovered that a healthy body organ vibrates at a particular frequency. Their studies concluded that six sounds have the correct frequencies required to keep the organs in optimal condition.

In this book Mantak Chia starts by explaining how in the modern world excess heat becomes trapped around the body organs resulting in energy blockages and sickness. He explains how the vibrations of the six sounds and their accompanying postures will redistribute the excess heat to the cooler regions of the body.

The result is the stimulation and balance of chi energy around each organ. The 40-minute CD provides an overview of the distinctive qualities of each of the six sounds, their season, colour, positive and negative emotions. Also included are guided instructions for each of the six sound exercises.
