The Phoenix Rising Books Customer Reward
program is well loved by all of its members. Implemented
in 1999 - over 9000 customers have signed up and enjoy
being rewarded for their purchases.
There is nothing you have to do
to keep track of your points. Our integrated point-of-sales
system matches your purchases with your customer
record and accumulates the totals, using your
previous two years history to calculate the current
balance.
On each receipt you are updated
with your running total and when you reach the
$250 level a certificate is generated. Your certificate
is valid for a six month period from the date
of issue.
You can use your certificate on any purchase
of books, audio books, music CD's and DVD's. If we don't
have the title you want we will get it for you and you
can use your certificate on your special order.
When you sign up for the Phoenix Rising
Books Customer Reward Program you are also first to
hear about any events or workshops we are involved with.
If you are interested you can also receive our monthly
new releases bulletin.
Privacy of your details is something we
are very passionate about. Under no circumstances do
we provide anyone with our membership list. We also
guarantee that we will never use your details in any
third party promotion.
